Annual maintenance that protects efficiency and warranty life.

Preventive maintenance — coil cleaning, gas pressure checks, filter service — scheduled around your business hours, not ours. It's the difference between a unit that lasts its full warranty life and one that doesn't.

Introduction

The visits that get skipped are the ones that cost you later

Most AC failures aren't sudden — they're the result of a filter that hasn't been cleaned in a year, a coil losing efficiency slowly, or gas pressure drifting out of range unnoticed. Regular servicing catches these before they become a breakdown call.

We offer both one-off servicing and annual maintenance contracts (AMC), scheduled around your business hours so a retail counter or office isn't disrupted mid-day.

Our solutions

Servicing, matched to the system you're running

Six service types, one in-house team — cleaned, checked and pressure-tested to the manufacturer's own standard.

Evaporator coil foam-cleaned during a preventive maintenance visit

Preventive Maintenance

Scheduled visits that catch small issues before they become a breakdown call.

Dust and grime cleaned from an air conditioning coil

Deep Cleaning

Coil, filter and blower cleaning that a quick wipe-down of the front panel misses entirely.

Refrigerant gas pressure being tested with a manifold gauge

Gas Pressure Testing

Refrigerant levels checked against spec and corrected only when the reading is actually low.

Outdoor condenser unit checked for cooling performance

Performance Inspection

Cooling output and airflow measured against what the unit is actually rated to deliver.

What's included

What a service visit actually covers

Scheduled preventive visits

Booked around your business hours, not squeezed in whenever suits us.

Coil & filter cleaning

Restores airflow and efficiency that quietly degrades between services.

Gas pressure checks

Low refrigerant is caught early, before it damages the compressor.

Flexible AMC plans

Fixed annual cost, so servicing doesn't get postponed and forgotten.

Why choose our servicing

Benefits that show up long after the visit is over

Warranty-Protecting Maintenance

Serviced to the schedule your manufacturer's warranty actually expects, not a rough guess at one.

Lower Electricity Bills

A clean, correctly charged system doesn't have to work harder than it should to hold temperature.

Fewer Breakdowns

Small issues get caught on a scheduled visit, not discovered as an emergency call on the hottest day of the year.

Certified Technicians

The same in-house team that installs your system is the one that services it — no unfamiliar faces.

Flexible AMC Plans

Scheduled around your business hours, not ours — a retail counter or office isn't disrupted mid-day.

AMC Benefits & Maintenance Checklist

Every visit follows the same written checklist, whether it's a one-off booking or a multi-year AMC — so "serviced" means the same thing every time, not whatever a technician felt like doing that day.

Coil and filter deep-cleaning every visit Gas pressure checked and topped up only if actually needed Drainage line flushed to prevent water leakage Electrical connections and capacitor health checked A written service report after every visit, not just a verbal "all good" AMC customers get priority scheduling ahead of one-off bookings

FAQ

Common questions about servicing & AMC

How often should an AC be serviced?

For most homes and offices, every 3 to 4 months for filter and coil checks, with a full service twice a year. Units running near-continuously in retail or commercial spaces benefit from more frequent servicing.

What's included in an AMC?

Scheduled preventive visits, coil and filter cleaning, gas pressure checks, and priority breakdown response, all bundled into a fixed annual plan so servicing doesn't get forgotten.

Do you service AC units you didn't sell or install?

Yes. We service all 12 brands we're authorised for regardless of who originally installed the unit, and we'll assess other brands on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if a fault is found during servicing?

We flag it and quote the repair separately before doing any work beyond the scheduled service — nothing extra gets billed without your sign-off first.

What's included in a standard AC service visit?

A standard visit covers filter and coil cleaning, a gas pressure check, drainage line clearing and a performance test — the same checklist every time, whether it's booked as a one-off or as part of an AMC.

How often should I service my AC?

It depends on how hard the unit runs. A bedroom split used a few hours a day is usually fine on a twice-yearly schedule, while a shop or office running most of the day benefits from a check every 3 to 4 months — our AMC plans are built around exactly this kind of usage.

What's the difference between a one-time service and an AMC?

A one-time service is a single visit booked as and when you need it. An AMC bundles multiple scheduled visits, priority breakdown response and gas top-ups (when needed) into one fixed annual cost, so servicing happens on schedule instead of whenever someone remembers to call.

Will servicing void my manufacturer's warranty?

No — it's usually the opposite. Most manufacturers expect scheduled servicing as a warranty condition, and skipping it is what actually puts your cover at risk. Every visit is logged so you have a record if a warranty claim ever comes up.

Do you top up gas at every service, even if it's not low?

No. Gas pressure is checked at every visit but only topped up if the reading is actually low — refrigerant doesn't get "used up" in a sealed system, so topping up a unit that doesn't need it is unnecessary and not something we'll bill you for.

Can I get a service report for my records or compliance needs?

Yes. Every visit ends with a written report covering what was checked, cleaned and found, which you can keep for your own maintenance records or for facility compliance requirements.
